My room did not have a do not disturb sign on it to stop housekeepers from replacing my towels daily. Pool was colder then expected but I think that also comes from the room which they are in. It is huge so it does not retain the heat well. Jets were not working in hot tub. Breakfast could use a bit variety. Same items three days in a row was rough and I would have liked breakfast to be extended for 30 min or an hour on day-light savings day to give those an extra chance to grab a coffee.

The motel itself is old and definitely needs upgrades in halls etc. Carpet in hallway was dirty! hot tub jets did not work. The rooms had been upgraded so they were nice appearing but mattress needed replaced!

Check in was great! He practically had me checked in as I walked in the door, before I even got to the desk. Very friendly and helpful. Older hotel but room was clean and comfortable. Great potty area for my dogs. He made sure to put us in a room close to the exit and potty area. Although it was close to the pool so there was some extra noise from that. Ate dinner at the restaurant, food was good and convenient.

The hotel was super dirty, our room smelled like mold and there was mold on showered curtain. It was awful. Do not recommend.

This hotel is gorgeous! It clearly has history and so much potential! But lacks attention to detail. The rooms have been updated but still feel older. Like a new coat of paint over damaged walls would fix things. The bathroom had new granite and tile, but the shower head was rusted and the grout was damaged. It was a comfortable stay, but not luxury like we hoped this beautiful location was capable of.

Bed bugs, a wing was closed because. There were three loaded mouse traps in between the joining room doors with big gaps under them. The breakfast was unattended near closing, I had to find waffle mix in the kitchen and reload the dispenser myself. The other food was dried out and crispy.
