Hotel very good. Food not so good.

Hotel itself was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was not good. Food was adequate. Won’t eat there again. Bar service was good. Would like an alternative to Starbucks. We don’t like Starbucks and the food was expensive. Had the room coffee which was good and went out for coffee and breakfast each day.

It is convenient because it's near the work place I travel to and has plenty of parking. The staff were polite and I never felt unsafe. The facilities look a bit shabbier than some other options in the area but they are kept clean. There is a Ruby Tuesday attached and the food delivery was fast. My only issue with this visit was that the light above the vanity mirror was broken and room service never came to clean/restock so the trash got too full and I had to reuse hot cups from the past day. It was overall a decent, average experience.

We were in town for a dance competition for my 5 year old. She absolutely loved the room. I ran into a former student who is an employee at the hotel. Good times!

The Starbucks staff is super nasty and tried cheating on the price. The front desk staff is Okay. The restaurant attached to the hotel will make you wait for the longest time and never serve your food. In top of that they have the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered. The rooms have a weird smell. Will not stay here again
