I will not use this hotel for any future trips . I tried this one this time and it was disappointing. The front overhang had falling debris our first night . The free breakfast was acceptable Saturday morning however Sunday breakfast was terrible . My room was not cleaned during my stay . I will not use this hotel for any future stays .

The property is in need of a full renovation. The outdated decor aside, the public spaces (elevator, dining area, parking lot) and my room, showed evidence of a water damage, ineffective patchwork, stains, and other needed maintenence. The bed sheets appeared to have been laundered, but were stained. The general manager gave me additional points after asking how my stay was and hearing my concerns. Perhaps Mariott has forgotten about this property? It's in a great location, but needs some love.

Ok, could use some improvement

I thought the hotel was ok, some things could be improved though. No lids for coffee at breakfast, no recycle trash in lobby, no housekeeping daily - not even for fresh towels. They did not have washrags - I even asked, and had to ask for fresh towels. Our trash was overflowing because they only clean every other day. Their credit card terminal was also not working and we thought it was our card so we wasted time calling our banks. Overall stay was ok, just needs some tweaks
