Terrible customer service from Hyatt corporate

The stay was fine and the staff were very friendly. The problem I had was that I had accidentally left my phone charger in the room. There is no direct number to call the hotel. We called Hyatt customer service twice. They claimed they would send an email and when we received no email and called back, they provided us with an email address to the email the hotel directly. That email bounced back as improper.

Smelled like pee

Horrible. Unfortunately we got accessible room because it was completely booked and the room smelled literally like pee. We had to just wait to check out of that stupid room, as we could not stay there.

THE HEATING SYSTEM IN THE ROOM WAS INCREDIBLY NOISY ALL NIGHT LONG. THE BATHTUB FAUCET WAS ONLY ATTACHED BECAUSE OF THE WATER PIPE AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET THE PULLUP KNOB TO WORK TO TURN THE SHOWER ON ONCE THE WATER CAME OUT OF THE FAUCET. THEY GAVE US ONE BOTTLE OF WATER, AND WE STAYED 2 NIGHTS. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SECOND BOTTLE OF WATER THE FRONT DESK PERSON SAID I HAD TO BE A MEMBER TO GET ONE. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE HEATER AND SHOWER, AND THE DESK GUY TOLD ME THE REPAIR PERSON WOULD COME UP IN AN HOUR, EVEN THOUGH I WAS LEAVING RIGHT THEN. I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER STAY HERE AGAIN. THE AIR SYSTEM NOISE WAS HORRIFIC.

This property was disappointing.The staff was ok - simple check-in, no real welcome. They did not provide freely information about the breakfast, amenities, or area unless questioned about it. I tried ringing the front desk a couple times and they never answered. My first room smelled like nachos, so they changed me to another room which was good. The hotel generally was a bit run down and did not feel cheery. I went to a movie that night so I didn't have to be in the room - when I really just wanted to stay in an relax after a long drive. I don't think they changed the toilet paper, and just used the roll from the previous person. I recommend trying someplace else.

Comfort! The bed was gloriously comfortable. My room was sparkling clean. And the kitchen was an excellent bonus. Altogether a great trip!

Don’t visit if you need to sleep at night

Incredibly noisy hotel with paper thin walls and windows. Spent two miserable nights here. First night was kept awake half the night starting at 1.30am by rowdy guests getting high and drinking outside even though I was on the 3rd floor. Called the front desk to report this at 2am - it made little difference as these guests kept me up until 4am. The second night I spent half the night awake again listening to my neighbors excessively loud phone call through paper thin walls. Overall an awful experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great room & great areas in the hotel to lounge. Did have to ask for fresh sheets once we got there and put them on ourselves.

The hotel is located by major highways, is a really nice hotel and the breakfast included is a plus… the room is very spacious but the couch was already old or soggy… plus i found a cockroach by the curtains, other than tht is great for the night.
