Could have gone better

Honestly, our stay would’ve been a five star. However, the first night we got there we arrived at 9 PM which I understand is late, but we had only been there for 20 minutes with three children with Autism trying to get them situated to go to bed and they called our room once and came your room to tell us they had noise complaints. I explained to them that we had literally just arrived and we’re trying to get everyone settled in and it’s not even 10 o’clock yet which is quite hours technically. I understand they were just doing their job, but they added more stress to an already stressful situation for me. So it was a little frustrating. the second night we had no issues. But we did end up leaving a day early cause we just didn’t feel comfortable staying after that.

They were very racist towards me , they keep saying it was complaints of noise but I was the only person in the room and I was trying to relax as new mom On little getaway and I couldn’t and the breakfast was not good at all

First time stay at location

Clean but the bathroom sink drain cover gets stuck and there is no way you could easily lift it to let the water out. I made the front desk aware of this one night around 9pm and he said the technician can only come in the morning to fix it. We checked out next day so could not see it being resolved

There was a municipal water issue outside of the hotel’s control. The manager showed hospitality by giving out water. He was patient under a very stressful time.

My room was very spacious with a full kitchen (full size fridge and dishwasher), large desk and bed and couch/living space. Staff was so friendly and it was so convenient having breakfast available to me in the morning before class that included many options. Parking was super easy. The staff seemed to really care about me and my experience and always greeted me with a smile.
