I ordered one studio (2 queen size beds for 2 person). But when I arrived, they give me a king size studio and said 2 queen size beds studio are sold out. It's totally unreasonable and unfair, because when I ordered, a king size bed studio is cheaper than 2 queen size beds studio. I spent more money but only get a bad room. I talked with the manager of this Hotel. She told me I need to talk with the Expedia, she cannot help us solve this problem. I felt so bad and unsatisfied about this experience!

New hotel with very large rooms, nice kitchenette, comfy beds, and A/C worked great. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Getting in and out of the hotel property was challenging with majorly highways literally surrounding the lot. Kinda noisy too with traffic and on/off ramps right outside the rooms.

The service workers were great very attentive. As far as cleanliness. Wi-Fi air-conditioning works amazing. Yet management on the other hand one woman in particular was very homophobic/trans. Phobic judgmental argumentative rude and I don’t believe that this is the profession for her. I made a complaint and I expect as a member of IHG it is heard because this is unacceptable and I feel so so hurt and belated by the way she treated me.

Granted, it was late, but the guy was kooky, answered the phone while I was being assisted, then told me my credit card was declined (no way), second card was declined (again, no way), used a debit card which worked. Wtaf? Looked at me like I was a grifter… Got a room right next to the lobby that was very noisy.

Arrived late after being at the RJW Hospital all day. Forgot my cellphone charger and the night agent waa kind enought to lend me his. Bed was super comfortable. The only criticism, if I may is that they should buy the alreasy peeled eggs for breakfast. It was kinda messy to peel the eggs at the table. Other than that ny stay was short but very comfortable.

The room was beautiful. Staff was great but, for all the money that I paid, I didn’t expect for the refrigerator not to work or the kitchen sink to be clogged so I wasn’t able to utilize any of it!!! Then on top of that I told the front desk when I went down for breakfast around 7:30 AM just to make sure that they knew before the next check-in and when I went back up to my room, I find this young man in there trying to fix the broken things instead of waiting for me to check out at 11 AM that part was very unprofessional. I had all my personal belongings in there. I don’t think I will be going back to this place.
