My 1st stay and impression of the hotel is very nice. Room was very clean and nice. Felt comfortable. Comfortable bed and even the couch was comfortable to sit on. Atmosphere was nice, bright. Check in and out was great, nice people at the check in/out. My only concern was that the above ceilings lights in the kitchen and bathroom sink area did not work and one of the pieces of wood furniture in the seams was damaged. But overall, loved the stay.

Great hotel. Staff seems new but attentive and professional. It was generally clean. The hotel was kind of hidden behind a Target parking lot. I never knew a hotel existed. We’ll return!

Cleanliness and Comfort The room and common areas were generally clean, but attention to dust in less-used spaces could be improved . Service Quality Staff were polite and helpful, although quicker responses to guest requests would enhance the guest experience . Amenities and Facilities The fitness center and lounge were well-equipped; however, breakfast options were limited—adding more fresh fruit, hot dishes, and dietary choices would appeal to a wider range of guests . Location and Accessibility The hotel’s location was convenient for shopping and attractions, but clearer signage at the entrance would improve accessibility for new guests . Value for Money The overall value matched expectations, though providing complimentary bottled water or snacks at check-in would increase perceived value .
