Clean room and friendly staff. After it snowed 5 inches when I went to leave I was very very disappointed, they did not plow the parking lot nor the sidewalks. Even after seeing a lot of people trying to roll their suitcase's outside they did not shovel nor plow.

We didn't get the room(booking clearly stated roll in shower) we booked for in Expedia inspite of calling up and confirming that we needed a Rollin shower since one guest had fractured his leg. They Confirmed but when we checked in they said such a room was not available.
