Their rooms are poorly maintained, I arrived late at night, the first room I got was locked from inside, the second room air conditioner was not working, so we end up the third room which is just ok. Avoid this property if you can.

The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Bathtub drain ran very slowly, I was standing in 1/2 of tub of water while taking a shower

It was our first time on the East Coast. We had a great time. Was easily accessible to all the major tourist areas and had enough to do around the hotel and town as well. Breakfast was simple but filling. Rooms were clean and well sustained. The fridge and microwave in every was also a great addition. Would definitely recommend for a smaller budget and if you wanna save.
