Light was burned out in area with lavatory. Asked for light bulb to get replaced, which was not addressed. Walls were dirty. Carpet needed vacuuming. Fixture on lavatory to turn water on/off did not work well. It would get stuck; hard to turn water on/off. People in next room were yelling and banging on the walls. Staff was friendly when checking in. Do NOT recommend!!!

Hotel in desperate need of updating. The lock on the door was a little janky and needed to be pushed hard to shut. Most things are broken (sink and shower drains, fridge) and in need of cleaning (mystery stain in shower and chair).

Front desk needs customer service training.

When booking my reservation, I accidently scheduled one day short of my intended departure date. On the day before my departure, a gentleman from the front desk called me to ask about why I had not vacated the room. He was rude and condescending and demanded that I return by a certain time that afternoon to present my credit card in person. I was treated like a criminal. When I returned to the hotel and spoke with the manager, she never once apologized for how the man had spoken to me and instead was defensive. I was a perfectly pleasant through the whole thing, trying to explain what had happened. I would have given this hotel 5 stars for everything if it had not been for this interaction.
