Wonderful stay

Or stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly and our room was comfortable and clean. This will be our second time here. We come up for elcofest. And we will definitely come back and recommended this anyone. Thank you.

No hot water for shower. When mentioned to staff, was told needed to wait for thirty minutes before the water would get hot. Pool closed. No staff on premises between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. poses safety issues. Continental breakfast not available when stated (before our leaving about 7:15) No response from management in 48 hours after notifying them of these issues.

I’ll start with the pictures don’t match. They are the same building but the pictures are when it was new. It was fairly clean old but clean. There was no working ice machine in the building. There were wires hanging out of the ceiling where the fire detectors should be.

This is the most pathetic excuse for a hotel I’ve seen! No TV, no ice, “free breakfast” was a box of pop tarts next to the toaster - they didn’t even bother to turn in the lights! All drinks were out of order. The air/heat made a noise but no heat or air. The exhaust in the bathroom rattled but no exhaust! I have no words for the amount of disappointment in this property!
