Not worth the money

The room was dirty and the sofa bed was pretty beat up and dirty. I called the front desk and asked for a different room. It was better but not by much. I was shown two other rooms one was cleaner the other was worse than the original room. Neither of them fit our needs. We decide to move to the first room he took us to. It had a king bed and a sofa bed. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed as it didn't have any on it. The television was not user friendly. The guide kept scrolling but wouldn't let us select any of the channels. After getting settled in the bed I saw something moving on the top sheet I pinched it and picked it up, it was an ant. I put away all of the drinks and food items that were on the night table and crossed my fingers that there weren't any more. The room was quiet and we were able to sleep ok. Breakfast was ok but not great. I rent at room at this Best Western because we've had very good accommodations at them. That was not the case with this one. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My experience at this hotel was decent. Likes: Staff was courteous, Maintenance happened to fix the cable (so more tv channels were made available), space was quiet. Dislikes: Breakfast could have more options, the room could be detailed/ more deeply cleaned, but it was acceptable.

The hotel is in a great location and close to Notre Dame, as well as the highway. The hotel was in ok condition, as the carpets NEED replaced, however the room was comfortable once in bed and clean otherwise.

Gentlemen at the desk was very rude young lady at the desk was very rude side doors are not locked. It’s kind of like a crackhouse motel hopefully the Mishawaka police get in there and clean it up.

It was exactly what you’d expect for the price. The hotel is clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was limited but there were eggs, bacon, waffles and coffee so not bad. This is not a fancy hotel but if you are looking for somewhere clean and safe for the night for less than $100 it was pretty good.

This was a family weekend and the room my son stayed in had no heat and the Mgr was in no hurry to have it fixed! The breakfast was horrible. They had cereal but no milk. Runny eggs, no fruit no danish no toast or muffins. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Not the most unpleasant establishment I have had the misfortune of visiting, but it ranks among the worst. Fortunately, the linens and shower facilities were clean. However, the remainder of the premises was unclean. The room featured unsightly stains on the walls and furniture. A plastic bag covered the smoke detector, and the grout in the hallways and elevators was utterly filthy. I will not be returning to this location. When I requested additional towels from the front desk clerk, his indifference was palpable

We stayed here for South Bend Gameday. We enjoyed the stay as it was very clean and quiet. We were able to easily get to and from the stadium from this hotel.

The room was very clean - the odor of the cleaning chemicals was extremely strong. The clean room was great but the heavy chemical smell was horrible for my allergies. We really appreciate that they have pet friendly facilities!!!! We travel with our little 5 pound dog and it’s nice to know we can find a place to stay with him. People in the nearby room were really loud- especially considering the late hour. The hotel itself was very good but, again, they might tone it down on the heavy use of cleaning products.
