The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The water temperature never got hot in the sink and shower - they were warm at best. The shower could use a deep clean, the bathroom sink was clogged/drained very slowly, and the bed pillows were awful but the bed/mattress was comfortable. Valet was fantastic. Overall, a great stay.

Staff was great! Property was in good condition. Our Room was clean but “tired” looking. We were in a non- smoking room and thought the entire floor was non-smoking, but it was not. A couple came to stay next door late and the THC Vape smell was strong. We kept waking up to the smell of cigarette smoke, as well. This would keep us from coming back. Sorry.

Food was not great (frozen food re-heated) but very, very expensive. Smelled of smoke in the entire hotel. Cleanliness of the room and staff was great. Pool was closed Fri, Sat, and Sun to kids, so I couldn't take my daughter during our stay. Super disappointing.
