The bed was ok but the sheets were very thin and barely stayed on the bed. There was nobody working the breakfast in the morning so most things had run out.

This was a very good stay. The check in went very well. The room was spotless. The bed was very comfy. The shower was easy to use. Breakfast was pretty good.

Bed sheets and towels were clean, but this hotel needs a deep cleaning of the carpets in the rooms and hallways, there are lots of noticeable stains. Also the bathroom surfaces were clean, but the corners and grout were very dirty. It was a last minute choice that we won’t make again.

Not staying here again

The bathroom toilet was clogged upon arrival. The shower drain did not do its job so the tub filled with water while you were showering. Also, there was NO SMOKE ALARM IN THE ROOM. Just a spot where one used to be as if they removed it and just never put it back. We also tried to call the front desk at one point around 9:45, twice, and got no answer.

There was minimal maid service. An empty shampoo bottle wasn't replaced after two requests. Basically all that was done was replacing used towels and sort of making the bed. Carpets, floors and walls all dirty. People making noise outside the front door at 3 am. A dog barking on the second floor for two hours in the morning. Walls so badly insulated that water running in the walls registered at -70 dB in the bathroom and -60 dB in the main part of the room. None of the equipment in the "fitness center" worked. The only ice machine is on the first floor. The small refrigerator, sink, and microwave in the kitchenette were dirty. Wouldn't ever stay here again, but they'll make enough money on Notre Dame home weekends they probably won't fix much.

It was an accumulation of small dirty things that made the experience not so great. Pool was mercury could not see the bottom kinda green, dirty sink, smudges on the wall. We had ants in are room as well.

The room was dirty. There was a dirty sock beside the chair. There were empty bottles behind the chair. The bathroom had mold around the tub. The other room had spider webs in the corner and the sheet had poop on it and it smelled.

The pool was green, the hotel had an odor upon walking in, carpet was bubbling up so you would trip on it, holes in walls recently patched, tiles about to fall down from the ceiling and leaky pipe in ceiling exposed, toilet wasn’t clean, bathroom exhaust fan was caked on with dust, the tub had mildew around it and hair stuck to the shower wall. Nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in.

The people running the hotel were kind and helpful. That being stated, the hotel is not well kept up. In our room there was a loose tile in the bath, the shower did not drain properly, the room floor was uneven & the lamp did not work. The hall rug had a bump in it (trip hazard) and one could see in the corners where the ceiling was peeling. Fire doors were open. Breakfast was there; not something I considered again after the first time.
