Great Place & Comfortable Stay

The grounds and the hotel were clean. The room was ample is size without feeling crammed in. The only discomfort was the mattress, it was bit more firm than we are used to.

Our remote controller wouldn’t work and the man at the desk said there weren’t any others available so we used one from our families room next door. Had a spider in the bathroom. Was noisy from trains in the night. Would not stay here again. The breakfast was nice.

Our stay was good. Nothing spectacular. Brenda was nice. But there was another staff member who was clearly rude and sarcastic. She is the reason for the one star otherwise I would have given five stars. Even despite the fact that we weren’t given any toiletries. We didn’t even have soap to wash our hands. They said their was a shortage but at minimum, we should have been given a soap to wash our hands.

My problem is not with the hotel. My problem is with the Expedia app. I searched for a hotel in New Paris, IN. Your app showed hotels in Goshen, IN. I did not realize the problem until I made reservation. Then could not cancel. Very unhappy. Your AI support was worthless.

It was a nice room beds seem clean, pillows were horrible. More pillows is necessary, an odd number of pillows for 4 guests. I know you can request more but I think it's should be 4 or 5 per bed to start. The bathroom was very dirty, looked like years of not dusting or cleaning, ready for a deeper clean then what has been happening. All the details were very dirty. Shower walls, corners or tub and floors, tile grout, top of mirror, toilet paper holders. Seemed clean until you really looked.
