Disappointed

Room was not clean. We found hair in the bathroom and a dead insect under the sink. The shower did not function properly. Musty odor in the room and the hallways made the hotel seem old, poorly managed and unclean. Will not stay at this hotel again.

There were kids running up and down the hallway late at night. They were loitering in the lobby and didn’t even bother to move out of the way when other guests were trying to enter or exit the elevator.

A traveling sports team took over the property. More than 75 parents were packed into the lobby while their kids screamed (literally) through the halls knocking on people's doors. The front desk staff wouldn't answer the phone becaise they were outside smoking. For hours. Absolutely no sleep from 10 30 pm to 3:30 am then the early risers started and the walls are soooo thin. Noise-canceling earphones couldn't touch the level of noise in this place

We have stayed here a few times for Notre Dame events. About 15 minutes from campus. Very quiet and safe, at the end of Douglass Road. Clean room. Would stay here again for sure.

I never had the opportunity to stay. I was double booked and sent to marriott courtyard woth only valet parking available. Huge inconvenience to my family since I arrived exhausted at 9:30pm with a prepaid reservation. The valet took 20 minutes to get my car in the morning, front desk was not helpful. Never again.

Pool was cold - and that's the whole reason we went to the hotel. Very disappointing. The kids could not even swim it was so cold.

Mediocre

It was a functional stay, we were hardly in the room and only used it to sleep at night. Hotel was ok but not great. We were given a room on the first floor. Between the youth sports team with kids and parents congregating in the lobby and the wedding party which camped out in the conference room directly across from our room, it was exceedingly loud even during supposed "quiet hours". The room itself was merely ok. Beds were amazingly uncomfortable and too soft. Room was too hot even though we set the thermostat at 65 degrees. The wood veneer in the bathroom was peeling. The bathroom door opened outward and either could be closed or swung open completely, so that anytime anyone entered the room, the room door would hit the bathroom door. Poor design. Next time I stay in the area, I will book earlier and find a better hotel.

Misinformation given at the website, claimed to be 5 minute drive from our place of interest. Was in fact 16-20 minutes away. Had to spend more than $150 in 3 days of uber Outrageous
