Room was really nice, but that's it. Super loud and staff could care less about people drinking and screaming in the courtyard at 1am. Pool is very small and rundown. No hot tub. Breakfast was sad. Worst powdered eggs I've ever had at a hotel. Sausage was so over cooked it was leather. Card wouldn't work on back door where most of the parking was so you had to carry everything around the building to and from the front door. Looks like the hotel used to be nice. But like most others, no one cares to makes thing looks nice anymore or spend money to fix broken stuff at hotel. No ice machines were working.

Reserved a suite for the night. When we arrived there weren't any suites available. The person working the front desk was not very attentive. They were able to get us into two separate rooms. Breakfast was not good at all.

Really happy with our stay. Didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak to that. The room was comfortable and more than met our needs. We stayed in several rooms in different places over the course of the week and this was the best value by far. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Disappointed

The outside of the property looked nice. Once entering the lobby staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walking to the room through the hallways there was a distinct smell of mildew. Entering room, hole in the bathroom wall, bathroom dispensers were all empty. The pool had things floating in it, and the pool area had trash all over. Breakfast the next morning was very disappointing with limited choices, no eggs, no breads and bacon looked like dog treats.

Detail

It was not a bad hotel. It's a pet friendly hotel which is ok, but the only concern is the room cleaners has to pay attention to animal hair and other things from animals particularly. One of the chairs in the room I couldn't sit on because it had dog hair on it.

The juice machines were all empty the whole stay I asked for juice on our last morning there and was told no we are out till further notice. I’ve machine on first and second floor we’re out. Ran out of toilet paper and had to find a housekeeper for some was just faster to buy some from corner drugstore.

The property was gorgeous and staff was friendly. As soon as we walked in our room we were smacked in the face with an awful smell of mildew. I mean BAD. The room was clean (except for the dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod) and well kept. The bedding was cozy. The breakfast was delicous. The smell ruined it for us though.

Rooms were awesome, a single King and a 2 Queen suite. Kitchen in the suite had a full size refer and all the utensils to cook. Didn't have any forks. Free breakfast was cold and looked unappetizing on 3 of the 4 mornings. On Fri when it looked good, everything was out and despite having an hour left in the service nothing was replaced.
