Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
A fire alarm went off at approx 430 am. It appeared staff did not know how to turn the alarm as they were walking in and out of the property when it occurred and were on the phone for that duration. As such patrons were not able to be in their rooms for an hour due to the alarm. No communication was provided by the staff as to the situation. Additionally nothing was done to alleviate the situation via a refund or additional comped night. Finally with the communication no message was provided when we were able to return to our rooms
Additionally maid services were not available during the stay and there was less than ideal cleanliness around the facility. There was a large white stain on the chair in the room which was concerning.
Breakfast was provided however it was lacking compared to previous stays. Food looked to be leftover from the previous day and there were not many options available. Cream cheese was not refrigerated or maintained at temperature and some of the food had mold present (on bagels).
Check out procedures were not present. There was no attendant at the front during checkout time and no instructions as to what to do which was confusing. I’ve stayed 5 times and there has never been instruction as to what to do or where to put keys.
