Overall it felt like the just couldn't care less

Elevator certificate expired Breakfast late Few breakfast choices (hard-boiled eggs would have been nice) Only one juice choice at the juice machine was working Staff unfriendly Asked for a quiet room when I booked - my room was right across from the elevator drain cover in bathroom sink missing Overall it felt like they just couldn't care less.

The towel rack was broken and the plastic piece that they had to hold the shower wand was ridiculous and couldn’t be adjusted properly made taking a shower very difficult.

Good stop over for our trip

It was good! This is a no frills hotel. It is expensive and with minimal amenities. That’s what I want. And right next to Cracker Barrel. Love it!

Great location and value. Our room was right next to the lobby so Boise level was higher. The beds were metal platform(no box spring) so a little noise when you lay down on them. My son slept right through the night. The heater turning on and the nose from the lobby woke me up a few times. It was the coolest night of the year with sub zero temperatures so not surprising the heat kept kicking on. Over all good value and comfortable stay.
