The pool was not heated and the poolside is dull and dated.

Location is good for being a close walk to South Bank. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The room clean and very comfy bed but not modern and luxurious normal feeling hotel.

The apartment was really clean and big. Its in a great location if youre wanting to be near the hospital and/or public transport. It has all the amemities you need - self contained kitchen, a tv with streaming services. A large balcony. It was great. My only downside was its quite loud, you can hear the traffic from outside during the night. Im quite a light sleeper so didnt sleep very well.

Location is great, between south bank and west end. apartment was clean and spacious. Bed was rubbish, way too soft, dipping in the middle, clearly time for replacement of mattress. Hallway stank of cigarette smoke constantly, but other than that, it was pretty good.

No Wifi, of which staff are aware as it has been getting fixed for the last week-fortnight this also then impacted on the tv, we couldn't stream anything. Rooms are so tired and need a revamp. Shower tiny and difficult to get into. Only used hot water as it was at best, luke warm. Buffet breakfast was nice except for the egg selection, only had scrambled which were drowning in liquid

Great location, spacious well appointed room and lovely breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
