The room was super clean, continental breakfast was great-many options. It was quiet and staff were pleasant. There is a 50.00 incidental added to your bill, which was fine, I would just recommend telling the customer that and explaining it. Overall, excellent room and hotel.

Property itself nice, but common sense of having a room, or a direct visible desk to store suit cases for paying customers before or after they stay is the #2 thing that dรฉtermines what her a hotel is good or not after cleanliness. Do not tell your customers they cannot keep 1 suitcase behind a desk or in a storage room. This is a hotel that people only visit because they are from Canada or in the city and they want a weekend getaway, so of course we are all not at all close to home.

We arrived and was hit with a $50 "incidentals" charge that was not disclosed prior. The staff was unfriendly. The toilet in our room clogged. When we told the front desk about it we were handed a plunger! Not the service I was expecting from a Holiday Inn.

I recommend this hotel in South Burlington. Prices are good, friendly staff, clean / spacious rooms, and the breakfast was not bad at all. 10 minutes by car to the Waterfront and Church street.
