Upstairs there’s a Queen bedroom, full bathroom and private sitting area with a Chess Board and other table game classics! The finished basement has a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a half bath -- AND a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and other fun amenities for kids of all ages. Enjoy warm evenings grilling on the back deck -- maybe before heading out to the famous weekly Chatham Band Concert or taking in a movie at the deluxe Orpheum theater downtown.
