We loved this hotel!! The rooms were clean and up to date. The restaurant in the hotel was really good and you can get room service didnt cost any extra (tip was added on to the bill). We want to go back soon!

I love that they have full suites and no pool. Excellent bar and restaurant. Very nice linens, bath and bedding. No complaints whatsoever. Lake views are great, walkable to shops, museums, restaurants, and lakefront.

We were visiting town for a family emergency and booked on a night-by-night basis (as the crisis emerged) for 10 nights. The staff was very accommodating with our last-minute reservations, greeted us warmly each night, and showed personal concern for us and for our family member. They even saved us a fresh cookie when they knew we'd be arriving late! The bartenders (because we really needed a drink when we rolled in just before closing each night) were welcoming and kind. At breakfast the staff would ask for an update on our family member, offered prayers, and even wrote "get well soon" on a carry out container for her. I can't say enough about this place!

Great hotel in a perfect location

Loved this hotel for the spacious room and separate sleeping area. The bed was great but could have used some softer pillows. Our only real complaint, which sounds weird, was the color selections in the rooms made everything look dingy, dated and dark. The bedroom is orange which doesn’t reflect well on any skin tone. The ceiling in the sitting area is orange and the walls are dull which makes for a dated look. The bathroom is small and functional, though the lighting is poor. The bathroom walls are brown which doesn’t help brighten the space and again made for a dingy look even though it was very clean.
