Staff was nice and courteous. My biggest issues was the price for the room and the key yo the room kept getting deprogrammed. I had to do down starts several times because the keys did not work at least 7 times .

The beach access was torturous walk and the bridge to the beach needs work! The sand is hot and so was our feet!

First time at the Island. Hotel is a decent price for having beach access and has a McDonald's in front for an easy dining option. The beach access is less than five minute walk. Guess since we were in a hotel area of the beach, beach didn't seem crowded. Me and the wifie gonna stay here again.

Great Customer Service and breakfast buffet was excellent everyday. Different varieties to choose from. Easy access to the beach and great rates. The pool and hot tub was very clean and stay open until 11pm. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

They do have German roaches (small ones), curtains by AC are moldy, breakfast is good, beach access is good, manager offered to move to a new room (with moldy curtains), no room service, due to staffing issues, they were supposed to give me partial refund $60 but never got it, hence the review, my father in/law and sis in/lawn stayed there as well as i recommended it, we will all stay elsewhere next time we visit SPI. If you don’t mind roaches and good beach access go for it.

I’d say my stay is average or slightly below average. Definitely did not feel it was worth the rate I paid. There was nothing special about this place. It was constantly a little moist, but that could be because of the island air. It was quite outdated, and even the staff themselves told me the technology doesn’t work. Says on here that breakfast is made to order, but in reality it’s just regular hotel continental breakfast; and that was a selling point for me! Twice I had to get new keys, and when I received the new ones, they didn’t even work! The WiFi only worked outside of our room somehow, and it was probably the worst WiFi I had ever used. The TV in the room couldn’t even go 5 seconds without buffering. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest, the bathtub didn’t drain properly, the bed had the smallest pillows you could imagine, and one of the blankets had a hole ripped in it. All in all it was sadly a disappointing stay, and I won’t stay here again.

It was a good stay but I would say that the cleanness is not that great. The room smelled a little funky, the restroom sink was lowkey clogged, and there were some stains on the sheets. Other than that I really enjoyed the private beach access!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rest of staff never smiled, looked miserable while working, looked bothered if you asked them for anything. Room whenbwe got there was not very clean. Rug was still dirty, and a few random hairs on blankets when sheets were pulled back. No rules enforced and no pool monitor which is fine to an extent, but there were very small children jumping in and out of hot tub while trying to relax and enjoy myself. 1 child wqs doing a handstand in hot tub and hit me with her feet. Breakfast time wqs a good breakfast variety, but people just trashed the place. A mess everywhere, tables always dirty. Sadly it does boil down to people not watching their kids but also staff should enforce or be around to say something because that is enough of a deterant to not wabt to go back.

Vincent was great!! Our initial check in person could use some customer service training, accommodations are run down, our initial room smelled of mold, we tried to let front desk know, it fell on deaf ears. The next day Vincent fixed us right up. He deserves a raise!
