The Staff were amazing, friendly and quick to assist. A beautiful Hotel in te perfect spot on the Island. There was everything near and was very convenient. Love this place.

Elevator was broken so we had to walk around the entire hotel to grab the other elevator. My 85 year old mother had to walk. They didn't try to move us after I complained twice.

Stayed on the second floor the "view" was the roof and back side of the building tower! So while I didnt get a view of the Gulf, I DID Not even a view of the sunset. Restaurant downstairs was not good, had to send back my food. Fireworks was the best part

The only bad thing we had a issue with was the shower I had called the front desk about it they had told me maintenance would come but never showed up to fix it so we had to struggle to turn it on and off other then that it was perfect

The front girls checking in, has the worst attitude. Each time I was either passing by or buying something and waiting to pay they were arguing with someone. I have been to this hotel 3 times, this was are go to hotel. Not any more, I will choose another hotel.
