I liked the convenience of places inside the hotel to go to and not to mention the close proximity of the beach and the pool is really great. It held having a walkway to the beach so you can burn your feet. That was awesome.

Horrible Experince, we expected a smooth check in so we can enjoy family vacation, did not get checked until 6sh, one room was full of big ants, staff didn't want to change us room, then they finally did and made us change room again on our second night! Don't recommend this to anyone, only nice part was the pool other than that worst ever! The front desk kept on telling us they didn't know until what time out rooms were going to be available we lost our first day waiting on the rooms!

They charged me twice for the hotel fee and I had to wait a week to get that credited back to my card. They partner with a company who rents the chairs and umbrellas on the beach and I got charged for 3 set ups and only used 2 and was told that they have nothing to do with that company but you can charge this service to your room.

They don’t clean the rooms daily! They only go inside to pickup the garbage but they don’t clean!! Do not replace the coffee! I will never camback!!😞😞😞😞im very disappointed!!!the check is at 4 pm I got there at 4:20 pm my room was no ready I wait for 1:32 minutes they don’t offer any thing! Not even a bottle of water !! Never recommend!!

Never even got to check in or see my room. Several people including myself came to check just to be told no rooms are available and they will not know when they are available. So we went to enjoy the pool area to come back a few hours later to be told there is still no rooms available that all they will do is increase my check out time until 12. The front staff were extremely rude and every time I asked to speak to the manager I was given the run around. The restroom I used the toilet was broken so pee had just been collecting there all day and non of the shampoo dispensers had any shampoo in them.
