The outside of the hotel rooms (not the condo tower) had us worried, but the room was SO nice. We booked a pool view but we had a lovely view of the ocean as well. The heated pool was heated enough but not for January (when you need a beach getaway you need a beach getaway). The hot tubs were lovely! Per a lot of other reviews-avoid the restaurants. They are very expensive and very okay. Yummies bistro was great for breakfast and my husband and I grabbed some pizzas to have to lunches and we saved a lot of money and the food was much better! The nightclub is a blast. Sweet Trouble and DJ Snowball are very talented and engaging and dancing and signing was a great time. Overall, this was a lovely getaway and we would absolutely stay here again :)

Room was clean, however ocean view is a bit misleading. Shower struggled to have hot water and pressure. Then bed swallowed you up in the best possible way.

This property was great. Love music, comedy show, on property restaurant were all fabulous! They are in the middle of an update of rooms, while our room had not been updated yet, 2 next door were being updated. We will be back.

The check in was good and the room was clean and comfortable. I experienced the following: 1) they changed me $50 resort fee but provided nothing in addition to what would be expected for a standard hotel room. 2) there was no coffee or anything else provided at the front desk. 3) the hotel was almost empty yet there was construction and maintenance being do ALL DAY in the room next to us!! I can’t believe that this hotel received such high ratings!!

We were provided a free upgrade to a condo that was exceptional. Our family loves this resort and has frequented often as you don't need to leave the property and we can cook most of our meals in when needed. We love the beach access, pools, hot tubs and shuffle board. The staff always friendly and helpful. We did not eat at restaurant (daughter has food allergies) but I don't doubt it is also excellent.
