What I liked: nice beds, hotel convenient to shops, restaurants, Port Isabel and other locations off the island. What I don't like: VERY SLIPPERY BATHTUB. This is a serious safety issue. Please fix. no good coffee!! my mistake was going during spring break.

There was roaches! People up all night talking and laughing sitting right outside their rooms. Ridiculous! When I called and asked about it, staff said 11 pm curphew. Ok cool!! 4 am everyone still outside there rooms being loud as heck! Then when I’m backing in my room man outside his room asking me if I’m a trump supporter!!

On our way to the reservation at the front desk the smell of weed really discouraged us from the get to. Second, the sight of water running from the restroom towards the bedroom was gross as well. There was a loud banging pole all night that kept us from falling asleep. If that doesn't discourage you from choosing another place, there was a small cross someone had painted with their finger that you can only see when you shine a light onto the bathroom door. Not only will I not go back, I'm going to warn everyone about the Light house Inn.

Affordable place close to beaches

For the price, it’s a great place to stay. It’s - a very simple hotel but it’s close to many beaches and restaurants and the staff were very friendly. It had all the basic things we needed and was clean when we arrived. Thanks!
