Our vacation home is comfortably equipped for 8 to 10 people. You and your guests can spread out in our 3 bedrooms: our primary bedroom features a king-size memory foam bed for 2; our 1st guest room is tightly equipped with 2 queen-sized beds for 2 to 4 people; and our 3rd guest room is tucked away with a queen-size bed for up to 2 guests. Each bedroom has a TV and some room to unpack, so make yourself home! If you need an additional sleeping space, our living room has a sofa sleeper; however - please request linens for the sofa sleeper ahead of time. You will have plenty of room to unwind with your crew in our 2 bathrooms, open floor living area with sofas, dining space, and fully-furnished kitchen. We've furnished and decorated our vacation home with our guests in mind - everything is family-friendly, clean, and functional. The living spaces have a modern, beach-cottage vibe, while our bedrooms have a playful brightness. Aside from equipping our vacation home with full-size kitchen appliances, we've also installed a washer and dryer for your convenience. Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.

- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
