Located on the 4th floor of the tower, our vacation home is the perfect choice for a family or small group. Our living, dining, and kitchen spaces are open and filled with light from the large resort-front windows. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private balcony, while the guest room has two full beds with world-class triple sheeting. Our luxurious bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower and double sinks. Our private balconies have a great pool view and 15-acre tropical grounds. A short 60-second walk will have you relaxing on the sandy beach and enjoying your vacation.

Solare Tower is a high-rise condominium complex on South Padre Island, Texas. It overlooks a sprawling 15-acre beachfront resort. The complex boasts value-added amenities and winding paths between lush lawns. Its fun outdoor spaces include a playground, pools, hot tubs, and shallow kiddie bays. You'll also love the beachfront sundeck and tennis courts.

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
