The manager was horrible. They charged us 25 for extra blankets are our outlet for the restroom did not work. The manager was mocking me and talking very bad to me. I have everything on video.

The fact that they do not put all of the fees until you get there is absolutely ridiculous!! Thinking you have paid for your stay and when you arrive they throw hundred dollar fees when you arrive is insane! Will not ever stay at wind water ever again! And I have stay at several places on the island and have never had this happen to me! Every year on spring break my family and I come but this year was the worst!!

Pictures look great until you get there and the rooms are nothing like the pictures. It was a place to stay more or less. Nothing more. Much less. It was shelter. The maintenance and cleaning staff were super nice. The hotel management staff not so much

Crappy place

Old and run down. Too many extra fees that weren’t mentioned when reserving the room so I had that surprise when checking front staff were OK not great. For the price that they charged for the room for a one night stay I wouldn’t recommend paying what I paid to stay not even 24 hours.

It was overall OK for the price. I wasn’t expecting 5 stars so I was satisfied. Very loud. Guests playing amplified music at the pool all day and not being asked to turn it down. Staff would not allow check-in to occur 20 minutes early when the property was empty. Make sure you double check the room before leaving. I accidentally left something of value in the room and of course it “was not found”. Wouldn’t return but if you’re looking for a budget option…not terrible

Hotel isn’t too badly priced and it’s not in the worst condition ever but I can not stand the parking lot. It is too small and tight and it makes parking hard especially if you’re driving a truck like I was. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel for a night or two, this place ain’t so bad.

Worst experience

Parking lot to small, they hit my friends car. Roaches in the room file a complaint and they weren’t able to change my room. They were supposedly going to clean the room, I get there in the evening room was not clean at all and roaches were still roaming the room. The room I booked was a room with multiple beds and I get a call from the front regarding my reservation and when I mentioned the type of room she stated that they don’t have those types of rooms and all I got was what was being given to me by them. Showed them the proof on my reservation but nothing was done.
