There was no parking spaces for any more vehicles. The bed had one sheet to cover yourself with. There was little roaches in the restroom. The towels had stains on them. Wouldn’t recommend.

Staff felt insulted when I asked for a receipt of my $100 security cash deposit. She also mumbled when instructing or answering questions which made it very hard to understand. The property is really a "3rd world" accommodation but then again "you get what you paid for". We really just needed a place to shower & sleep for the night.

The rooms are comfortable. Our room was clean. The only thing is the mini fridge IS mini. So if you plan on bringing some groceries i suggest you take a look first, we ended up using our beach ice chests to keep fruit and stuff cold. There is no coffee pot in the room, but they have coffee in the office and the PARKING is tight, very tight! Pool area is actually small and there are no restrooms. Overall it was OK. Would stay here for an overnight stay but not again for multiple nights. The staff was very friendly!

We stayed at WindWater Hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the best. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready even though it was already past check-in time. Once we got in, there was a strong sewage smell in the room that made it hard to relax. Parking was another issue—it’s extremely limited and tight for the number of guests staying there. We were in the back building, and the noise level was pretty high, in the mornings. On top of that, the towels provided were dirty, and the shower water pressure was very weak. The location is good and close to the beach, which is a plus, but overall, I was disappointed with the quality and cleanliness.

Not family-friendly

This place has great access for fishing but the vibe is not family friendly. People were drinking and smoking weed in and around the property including their pier. Dogs were off leash in the pool area. Towels and lines were horrible, the comforter was more of a curtain and the towels were very worn and browning. Thankfully we took our own towels. They do have grills but it’s hard to grill and fish with your kids when other people are smoking and using profanity. It may be tolerable for a one night stay, adults only, but certainly not with children.

We were charged 100 dollars extra the clerk stated we paid Expedia NOt them and they require 100 additional dollars ..the rooms and bed sheets were dirty
