Staff were lovely and friendly, the male cleaner working on the rooms when we checked in was so friendly and helpful also. The room was great.

We have just returned from 1 night stay at Royal station hotel ,. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. On arrival we were checked in smoothly although our room was not ready the girl at reception was very helpful stating we could leave luggage . We were given an upgraded room which was beautiful. We both prefer the old buildings with a little character. Breakfast next morning was lovely, self service , food was hot and tasty. We have stayed here many times when we visit Newcastle and will definitely be returning very soon.

Stayed here a few times now have no faults at all lovely hotel and staff are really nice looking forward to coming back

Fantastic for the Baltic and the restaurants and bars on the Newcastle Quayside!
