Nice hotel, very smart décor

Nice hotel, very smart décor right in the centre of the city. Great location shopping and dinning. Only down side is not car park and not many close options.

Great position close to the train station and shop

This hotel is in a grest position, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. It is very modern and clean. The room was small, with a window overlooking brick walls and was very cold. We tried to turn up the air comditioning but nothing seemed to happen and there was no other form of heating. Also there was no heating at all in the bathroom - no heated towel rail or underfloor heating - as we visited in during a very cold January this made for an uncomfotable stay. We would use this hotel again but not until the warmer weather! On the plus side - the staff were friendly and efficient and the beds were very comfortable.

Modern, comfortable hotel- will be back!

Great central location, easily accessible from nearby car parks. Several pubs, bars, restaurants and shops nearby, including Eldon Square just a short walk away. Restaurant and bar inside so stylish and smart. Bedrooms so comfortable and clean!

We loved our stay so much we even booked a second night The staff… ARIF, Jody and David were so nice to us and went out of their way to help us find things. They were wonderfully welcoming. The hotel was incredibly clean and we loved our room.
