Not too bad

The room was ok as a large ish single rather than small double. I wouldn't like to think of two of us in it. It was quite dated but very clean. The bed would have been comfortable if it didn't dip down at the edge making me feel like I was going to fall out. I had to sleep on the side against the wall. The only real complaint was that it was incredibly hot in there even with the fan on all night.

The room was stifling. No ventilation because window only opened a couple of inches. Creaky floors and shower was very small and water would not get cool. Basically no closet space. Horrible experience.

Great location.

The hotel was in a great location. Unfortunately we could not park in the hotel car park as it was quite small and was full. The hotel staff were friendly, the bar staff were unfortunately a bit unfriendly, but the delicious drink made up for it. The room was nice of a little compact in places. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The room was unfortunately very hot and we could not see a thermostat.

We enjoyed our stay. Was close to the train station but is not across the road from the station. That is the hotel and we stayed in the Apartment style hotel which is not on the main street but up a street and closer to the church (St. Mary's Cathedral).

County Hotel not for us.

The location was perfect for us. The staff were excellent the food was good. The room was pretty basic for a juniors suite. Only 5 clothes hangers. Very limited storage space for clothes. Tiny complimentary toiletries. No city view as it says in the listing. Facing a block of offices. So a bit diapointing.

Beautiful apartment. Spacious with all the amenities. Close to town. Loved it except we went on a hot day and it was unbearably hot even with 2 fans on. I did ask if we could swap rooms but was told they were all the same. Btw we went into the hotel to check in thinking that’s what I’d booked but was told we needed to all up street and round the corner for the apartments which was fine.

The guy on reception appeared to be talking to someone on tge floor behind the desk. Never made eye contact once. Bizarre. TV needs to be retuned . GB News wasn't available. Excellent clean room.
