The shower was gross and wouldn’t shower in there. The staff didn’t seem to care maintenance came up and said they understood my concern & when the guy rubbed a spot it was coming off so it was dirty. They didn’t even send housekeeping to clean it so never would stay here again.

Our bathroom smelled of smoke from a previous customer. There also appeared to be some black marks in the sink and tub, like someone had put a cigarette out on those surfaces. When we mentioned the odor to front desk staff, they offered to change our room, but we had just unloaded everything and didn’t want the inconvenience. They then promised to have cleaning staff thoroughly clean the bathroom which never happened. The toilet seat was also detached on one side, which made it difficult to lift up and down. Breakfast was fine, but on a three night stay was disappointed overall about conditions and lack of response.
