Compare Ski Hotels in Southeastern New Mexico

The staff were helpful enough, but one guy seemed drunk and asked too many questions about my son. The hotel is caddy corner to a driving range and the rooms along that side had a bunch of broken windows that were just taped. The bathroom had mold. Faucet knobs were sticky. The carpet throughout the room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Not a good place. I should have spent 20 more bucks to go to the Townplace suites across the street.

You know that smell you get when you let a wet towel sit in your hamper, the 1st room had that odor as well as other unexplained smells. The young lady at the desk apologized profusely and gave us another room. It was better, but not great. It had an odor of dirty carpet. There was no soap to wash your hands and the shower knobs were coming out of the wall. Breakfast was okay, but not like you see on the commercials. I had originally thought the 1st rooms odor was from animals, but was told that they only allow service dogs. While waiting for the elevator ,that had tape on the buttons, two men exited the elevator with a dog. The dog was clearly not a service dog. The lobby gives you the idea that the hotel is nice, but the smells were overwhelming. The hotel needs to get rid of the carpet, outdated curtains and give it a very deep much needed clean. There is a Holiday Inn that is much clean cleaner right next door.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. I did, however, have to call to get an extra trash can and toilet paper. It was like when they cleaned before we came in they forgot to restock or put them back. Other than that it was nice.

Its old but its clean and seems to be well maintained. Would stay here again.

Amazing place! We left a local motel called Postal Inn which was disgusting and filthy. It was great to go back to a place we know where were greeted with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast hit the spot on out way to a softball tournament.
