Our stay was good. Staff on the phone wasn’t the most friendly. We asked for an early check in since we were traveling with a baby and were told to keep calling to check for availability. We did so. However, by the time of our last call the staff member on the phone wasn’t kind and made us feel like we were a bother.

Clean room but toilet issues.......

Our room was clean. We checked in after 5 then had to go to meet others for dinner. It wasn't until we got back we realized the toilet had issues. Very slow to flush. Had to resort to using the bathroom in the lobby. We did inform the front desk. They said they'd make a note of it. That is the only complaint we had with staying there.

Nice enough property. Needs more updating, but it has begun. Pool and hot tub area was just renovated and looked great and worked great. Breakfast varied slightly from day to day. Always replenished and kept clean. Friendly and attentive staff in multiple locations throughout hotel

We wanted a pool for relaxing and some exercises but it was closed. It would be helpful if the website for the location would have stated the pool was closed. We would have gone to another location with one that was open. When we checked in the frontdesk clerk acted like we should have known it was closed.

Robert the guest service person was extremely professional and friendly when we checked in. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate. Had an issue hooking up to the WiFI - also the pool wasn’t available- we did tell the front desk in the morning that the tub was not draining. We hadn’t brought our swim suits so no pool wasn’t an issue. We will be happy to stay there again

It was a good place to stay. Only thing is me being a older person and have a hard time getting around the room wasn't exactly as I would've wished for. The bed was a little too high to be able to get in and out of. The bathroom was safe with the grab in the shiw

Booked hotel 10 weeks before the stay specifically so I could use the pool and hot tub for my health condition. 4 days before arriving (1 day AFTER penalty free cancellation), I noticed they posted on their web site the pool & hot tub would be closed for the next 4 weeks (starting a few week before we arrived). When I asked at the front desk when they posted that noticed she said beginning of the month. Letting those with reservations aware of the change should occurred via email. At a minimum a little more notice would have been nice. Otherwise the stay was good.
