Stayed here to get away from tornado weather, out of our mobile home, over our area in Ringgold, GA. It was a nice place and in walking distance to Ruby Tuesday. They have a tornado plan in place for guests and everything and the hotel was even rated for a tornado from what I was told. Great, clean, safe and cozy place to stay during bad weather or anytime.

Ok

Elevator was not working. Didn’t know until we got there. Room was clean. Biggest issue was the lukewarm shower, when turned all the way to “hot”. Total with taxes was $171. I expect a hot shower for that.

The hotel was quite good area close to interstate. The room was not completely cleaned Cheetos and other food under air conditioner and desks. Chairs and foot stools not moved when room was cleaned because there was trash under them. They offer free breakfast but for two of the three days it was limited due to faulty equipment.

Upon checking we were told their elevator is out of order and our room was on the third floor, once in our room our television was not working and saying no signal, we let the front desk know and they said they didn't know but that maintenance would be in in the morning. The drain in the shower was clogged which my husband had to unclog. Otherwise the room itself was nice and was clean

Nice clean convenient!

We stayed here as a half way point in our trip to Florida. So we stayed twice within a week. The staff at the front desk was excellent and very accommodating. They even met us check out a mechanical issue on our vehicle under the overhang at the front entrance since it was raining. The hotel is nice and updated and clean. We left too early in the morning to try the included breakfast.

Everything was great except the breakfast. They barely had much to choose from and was nothing to drink besides coffee. Everybody does not drink coffee. We had to go back to our rooms and get something to drink, thankfully we had something.
