The water pressure was very weak the hotel smells like musty they didnt have coffee when i checked out it was early but every hotel i have stayed at has had coffee 24/7 i dont think i would stay here again

Overpowering Odor / Mold

My family and I were here on vacation and our first time to the area. The cleanse of the hotel / room wasn’t to my expectations and the carpet in the hotel needs an overhaul. The mold was very powerful from the time we entered the hotel and throughout the room. I thought by spraying and cleaning a little myself would help with the odor but it made it even stronger. But on the flap side the Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the pool and staff were friendly.

Hotel a little run down

The entire hotel and hallways smelled like weed, the carpets were dirty and I had to call down to the front desk after 3 days to ask them to sweep! We stayed in Room 330 which is a 2-bedroom suite that sleeps 7. However they didn’t have enough utensils or plates. The king suite bathroom pipes make a loud noise that made me call front desk at midnight and they told me maintenance man isn’t onsite! We have stayed at his hotel for the last 3 years over the holiday but I will not stay again as it is run down.

I thought the hotel was nice, they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, but we’re empty and when asked to be refilled, they were not. Room was a little outdated, and the pullout bed was very uncomfortable, and the mattress on the king size bed was also uncomfortable needs to be replaced.

Old outdated carpet, cupboard sliding doors broken, towel rack broken , first night at 1130pm as we are about to sleep realized our bed was missing the comforter/blanket we called down to find out they had a terrible guy Ryan that refused to bring us a comforter stating he cant leavehis desk we explained we had sleeping children he had a nasty attitude and was very condescending i have pictures of hiw dirty the cents were qe coughed all night they are short staffed supposedly but at 1102 when check out is 11am someone was knocking on the door. Rude staff and gorrible customer service

Hispanic people don't like this place, please don't come. I've been using Hilton for years and this has never happened to me before. I checked out and my kids wanted to use the pool and they took me out saying that I was no longer a guest and that otherwise I would leave they would charge another night they stood still until my kids and I got out of the pool I felt like a criminal while the night before my husband and I saw people who were not staying in the hotel used the pool and I stayed for two nights literally you were kicking me out, My kids left crying and terrified of the way they treated us, please don't stay here..
