Great Stay

My daughter and I stayed for two days, our stay was good, the was were clean, staff was friendly. Pool hours were great the only one complaint we needed two pillows each we only had one. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Got in at 1 ish Am. Key to our room wouldn’t work. Got up at 630Am. No hot water. I couldnt wash hair. Asked front end manager if she could compensate said I would have to contact Expedia she couldn’t do anything.its up to the 3rd party. She said it’s on now this was at 815 I said to Late we have to be somewhere at 9 Am. to an appointment. So now who do I contact to be compensated for a very poor experience at that hotel.
