I had to pick hairs out of the bath before I could run a bath for myself, not pleasant. I then discovered I had three itchy bites the next day, which I can only assume were bed bugs. I emailed the hotel straight away and they didn’t even bother replying.

Our bed was amazing and ver comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. The floor however had bits under the desk. Patrick was very helpful and gave us lots of information, very polite.

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed at during our 8 day visit to the UK (London, Manchester, Liverpool, and Glasgow). The location is amazing, the service is top class, and Amy was so accommodating and suggestive to our needs. Shopping and food selections were just walking distance. Perfect place!

Very average hotel. Room looked directly into another room so had to have curtains closed. Old room, very dark. Pillows were extremely poor. Location excellent for city, however probably wouldn’t choose to stay again.
