Everyone at the hotel was so nice. They let us use the parking lot even before we checked in so that we could pick up the shuttle to the park right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great and room was comfortable.

We were in the building apart from the main building. It was dirty and old. I am not sure how the main building rooms are. When we walked in the hallway, dirty sheets laying all in the hallway floors, dirty dishes, trash, etc. I have stayed at the Springhill Marriot before and it is perfect. Unfortunately they were sold out when I needed a room.

Beautiful area, wonderful view, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room, however, wasn't so good; the duvet cover wouldn't stay on, the coffee machine was broken, and the shower was super dated and impossible to find a comfortable water temperature (either piping hotbor freezing cold).
