The Lodge was a perfect place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly as well as the rooms were very clean. The bonus is the location. Just a few minutes outside of the park.

This is a beautiful hotel and room and my extended family enjoyed our stay and I would visit again. In fact, I wish we had spent more time in Zion as we only stayed two nights. I just want to share that it is quite unique to find a hotel with a 12 noon checkout time which we had planned to use every minute. However, on the morning of our checkout we had packed up most of our stuff and went to the pool. We left behind a suitcase, a reusable tote of food, a paper bag of just purchased food, a hoodie and some other non material items. At 5 minutes to noon we returned to our room to retrieve those items and our room had been cleaned but the cleaning crew was still at our door. She didn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate but my items were gone, except for the suitcase which was outside our door. I was so upset, shaking and confused so I went to the front desk. The manager was extremely pleasant and understanding and he (Raymond) walked with me back to room to help me retrieve my items. Again, this wouldn’t stop me from staying again. The manager was extremely understanding and explained that the cleaning crew thought we had checked out but I just want others to know to consider using your do not disturb tag or leave a note or make it clear that you will be staying until noon. Enjoy!
