Literally broke down days before getting there. Asked the hotel for some leniency for changing the date of the reservation. Got met with a cold, definitive no. Horrible customer service.

Just ok.

It was bare bones ok, especially for the high prices in Zion area. No pool but she said the river was right across the street and easy to play in. Nope - several blocks down. Breakfast is a grab and go, which is great if you want early out, but nothing that fed my big boys. Requested adjoining rooms on reservation and never said they don't have them.

Very quiet, centrally located property

Check-in went very quickly. The front desk employees were very upbeat and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had lots of restaurant choices in walking distance because this property is right in the middle of town. We used the Springdale shuttle to get into Zion NP and that was a very quick way to bypass the long line of cars at the entrance.

Loved it. I wish I could've stayed longer. Very convenient, just a few minute from Zion Park. Oh, i forgot, very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again, if I come and visit this area

This lodge was lovely!! It was over 108 degrees when we were visiting Zion, so to come back to a freshly cleaned, air conditioned hotel room was heaven! I love how they have to-go breakfasts too, so you can grab it the night before your hikes.

Dirty with Stains of pee and lipstick

The bathroom was not cleaned right. The bottom of the lid had pee stains around the base of the plastic where the screws were. The small decorative pillows that were placed on the pillows were stained and dirty. One of the decorative pillows had lipstick on it.

The location was wonderful and enjoyed views out the window. The room was clean enough, but some deferred maintenance in the bathroom with shower heads leaking causing much water leakage on the floor. Was not happy with the grab and go breakfast that was not really grab and go, because it required us to take the frozen breakfast sandwich back to the room to heat up in the very low watt microwave. We were given faulty information about first shuttle times from the check in staff upon our arrival as well. I think we will look for a different spot next time we visit Zion National a park.
