This property provided a nice size room that included a kitchenette with large refrigerator. It was also a close walking distance to the Zion shuttle stop. The only concern I had was when I booked, the website indicated breakfast was included and showed a breakfast room with cereal dispensers and a waffle maker. When we got there they let us know that they provide a “grab and go bag” which included a individually packaged bagel, an Apple, a small yogurt and a individually packaged blueberry muffin.

The property was close to Zion park and was clean when we got here. That is when the trouble started. Faucet handle came off -reported and not fixed or a note about it. Hair Dryer didnt work. Ice Machine didnt work. Was never told about breakfast being a grab and bag. We wanted to go hiking early but the lobby was not openned until 7:30, we almost missed the bag breakfast if it wasnt for the clerk coming 15 minutes early. no room service or told that we had to ask for it. For the price paid for a room, this was our worst hotel on our trip - out of 6.

Clean, quiet, great location, friendly staff, ample parking. The buildings are only 2 stories high but there is no elevator.

Great idea Our unit is brand new and have not worked out stuff Shower was scalding hot and could not get cool water Texted several times no response in an hour and called Given bogus number to call front desk

While the location and staff are excellent, our room had issues that should be corrected before guests stay. The toilet paper holder was broken leaving two pieces sticking out. The roll was placed awkwardly on one. I cut my hand trying to use the restroom because of this. Then the keypad fell off the door and the room keys kept deactivating. The rooms definitely are ready for upgrades.
