I appreciated the kind staff who were pleasant and really helpful. They were truly helpful and kind. They pointed out good restaurants and made sure we knew about their grab 'n go breakfasts (which were surprisingly good) and that we could pick them up the night before so we could start our day very early the next day

Our room at Zion Canyon Lodge was spacious and attractive. The location is ideal, just a block from the stop for the free bus into Zion Canyon. The grab and go bagged breakfast is convenient for taking into the park. Happy to recommend!

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The rental gear store Zion Guru is right across the street if you are wanting to hike the narrows (rent the bib and boots) or if you want to rent an ebike. Several good restaurants in walking distance. My only thing to consider… our last night we had could hear every step of our neighbors on the floor above us. Must have had either no one there or quieter before that. So if you are a light sleeper may want to request to be second floor.

The room was not special -- typical of three start and quite small. The grab and go breakfasts are a tiny amount of yogurt, a small apple, very hard cold bagels, and a gluey muffin. anyone can do better for cheaper.

This property has a great location - incredible views of the canyon, near a bus stop, dining, grocery store, bike rentals. We loved the outdoor sitting areas. The continental breakfast should be marketed as a 'grab & go' bagged breakfast. The staff customer service was inconsistent. I asked the front desk if there was a pharmacy nearby and she said "I don't know - I'm not from here." when a better response would've been "I'm not sure, let me find out for you." The lobby closes at 9pm and we arrived a little after 10pm in pitch dark and couldn't find our room as the directions they left told us to go to the wrong building. The rooms are new and nice, but there's opportunity to improve customer service.

Perfect Hotel for Visiting Zion National Park

Our room was lovely and was appointed beautifully. Desk staff, both in the evening and in the morning, were very helpful and made us feel welcome. We were able to leave our car in the hotel's parking lot while we toured Zion National Park which was a huge plus for us. The hotels bag breakfast was yummy, plentiful and fed us for two mornings!! We hope to visit Springdale, UT and Zion Canyon Lodge again.

They should put directions to the closest bus stops and restaurants in each room. Anyone staying there will want that basic information.
