Room not dusted, bathroom floor was VERY dirty.Said carpet had just been cleaned, so it smelled like lysol until 1am when the Lysol smell was gone and smelled like dog urine. Room not ready at our check-in time

This was probably the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. Every time we walked into the hotel, front desk workers would be smoking outside, not available, lots of weed smoking outside the front doors, no air conditioning in hallways which made the smell worse. Wyndham has gone downhill.

The staff were very accommodating; however the put us in a room someone had smoked in. I am very allergic and have asthma. The room needs to be steam cleaned. It is a non-smoking hotel. They graciously moved us to a suitable room. My husband used the laundry facilities but they were not clean at. The breakfast was good.

Was disappointed with the hotel. Snow was not cleared from large snow storm from day before and parking was difficult. Room was not clean. Floors were dirty and sticky.

Not a bad hotel.

It was just ok for us. We went on a family trip and had to stop for the night. It was a little small for 2 teens and my husband & I. It was clean, quiet, and friendly service though.

I purposely booked this hotel b/c of the indoor pool and it was out of order, when I checked in the girl behind the counter was rude to me twice!! The room was fine I slept well the shower was amazing although I don't think the bathroom door locked. The breakfast was good. When I checked out she was pleasant to me then but checking in she was very rude.

Noisy, but otherwise a good choice.

The elevator was out so I was appreciative of getting a first level room but it was next to a door that accessed the steps. It was very noisy because of the elevator needing service.
