The room had humid feel and smell to the room. Granted it was at the end of the hall by the pool. It was fine. Room was clean and maintained. Staff was present in the morning keeping the breakfast station stocked with waffle mix and warm food. It was a good and worth the value.

I forgot an item in our room when we left. I called the hotel and they went to the room and found the item, and kept it at the front desk until I could return for it. Manager went above and beyond for me. Wonderful. Thank you.

There were two wrappers on our floor. Hair on bathroom floor and tub. The shower definitely was not designed for someone tall. The black out part of the curtains were all ripped up. Disappointed with this stay and don’t feel like the reviews adequately represented the property.

the breakfast left a bit to be desired. For someone with diabetes there was not much of a choice, but otherwise it was all right. Staff appeared harried and in a hurry so they could get to the next thing.
