Nice hotel to stay when in Jacksonville, quiet and good location. Had friends stay at a different hotel nearby and they complain about the noise and thin walls hearing everything.

I stayed because my son goes to College in town. Front desk manager is wonderful and very helpful! The hotel is nice and convenient. Breakfast is average for a 3 star, But They need to shampoo or get new carpet. Very dirty and stained in rooms and hallway. My only complaint.

It was ok. The carpets were badly stained and need replaced. We didn’t walk on it without shoes or slippers. The bathroom was REALLY small. Barely any room between the toilet and shower.

Our room smelled very musty but other than that, the beds were comfy and the staff was pleasant! The rooms were decently clean compared to some hotels we have stayed at. We would stay here again if traveling back to that area!
