Check-in took about 10 minutes - excuse was short staffed. Others around us were requesting room changes because their rooms did not get cleaned adequately. We did not have that issue. Room was warm and never really cooled down, even with the setting at the lowest A/C degrees possible. Toilet handle was broken and hanging by a thread. Bed was very comfortable and bar area was nice.

Same as my experience last month. They exceeded my expectations last time which also raised them. I came again with slightly higher expectations, and they met it. Can't beat a hotel this nice with this nice of service that has a skywalk to the parking ramp. Be ready to enjoy your stay here.

Property is great. Had to wait hours to check into my room because they stated they were short handed on housekeeping although the university of north Alabama football team was checking in that day and they all had rooms!
