Someone was smoking marijuana above our room all night and all day. We told the manager about it that morning and he said that he would talk to the lady above us. But it didn’t stop. It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel. My spouse is still serving in the military and she cannot be around any drugs. So we told the front desk that evening 12 Dec 25 that there was still marijuana smoke coming into our room and that we were checking out early and I demanded a full refund. I was told that the manager wasn’t there and would be time so we could get a refund. We have called 4 times since then with the same excuses and still no full refund.

I always enjoy my stay here. The hotel is extremely clean. All the staff are friendly and attentive. It’s in a great location for food and shopping and the love is very fair especially for the cleanliness of the hotels.

For the price, this is an adequate hotel. The King size room overlooking the mall parking lot was far enough away from the interstate to not be heard. The heater was so quiet, I had to check it to see if it was running. The bed is firm. Lots of typical sized hotel pillows. Bathroom is small but always had hot water. Fridge/freezer worked well. The gym area was messy the first two days we were there but got cleaned up the last day. The breakfast is adequate with apples, juice, bagels, yogurt, waffles and eggs & meat option daily. This is an easy location for on/off of highways, next to Target, a mall and several other plazas. Clean lobby and shuttle service.
