Unkept zero maintenance breakfest was toast bagels waffles nothing great or wrong with that just not everyones cup of tea. Also they chatge a security deposit of a 100.00 when they ring u up for ur room and it comes back after u check out just a fairwarning i didnt see that if it was in the co diti9ns so pls add that or check into it when ur traveling everyone

No working elevator... Hot water took 10 minutes just to get hot .. The so called breakfast was served out of a second floor room instead of in the office where things can be watched properly.... The beds are not comfortable.. And the highway noise was to much.... I will not stay there again for any reason

There was a 1 inch Gap under the front door, the microwave had like spaghetti sauce in it, the toilet was wobbly, the bathtub did not have a stopper, the curtains would not close properly. I am disabled and the elevator did not work. I had a room with two beds on the third floor. He gave me a room with one king size bed on the ground level however now my daughter had to stay at my son's house with no place there to sleep. They never offered a discount on the price either.

No hot water & not an impressive breakfast

The breakfast was far from grates. You're only selections were waffles, toast, bagels and I believe cereal. We're still hungry after we left. It was nice to be able to check in online and check out. Staff was friendly. There was no hot water for our hot tub. We had to let the water run quite a while before we even got hot water for our hot tub or our shower. I was surprised they didn't come in and change our towels or at least empty hour trash while we were gone.

Toilet handle was broke, bathtub wasnt clean, mold in the bathroom, room smelled like an old nasty shoe. Was denied a receipt for my stay because "its not their responsibility to provide a receipt for Travelocity", but got one every previous visit.

Be prepared, its a $250 deposit on top of room cost. I was shocked and previewed the room. Stains on the couch and floor, dirt in the jacuzzi, and next door were loud barking dogs. We wouldn't pay the deposit so went across I44 to another hotel. Ridiculous, dirty, rude. Never again

We did not like our stay. The room was not ready, we were told we would get a phone call when ready and the phone call never came. The room was not vacuumed and had lots of salt from the snow. The breakfast room lacked milk and coffee. Called the office for a refill and they never refilled the coffee. In fact, they told us the breakfast was about to be over. I would not reccomend.

Nice good price

Extremely friendly check in. Property exterior shows some wear, but pleasantly surprised how updated the interior of the room was. Will stay again.
