The only problem we had with the property is it was below 0 out and the heat wasnt turned on in our room so it was 50 degrees in the room and after 3 hours with heat on 84 it was only up to 60, by the time we went to bed it was up to 65 and by the time we got up it was finally 72 in our room

The people who run the place are horrible people.They do not care about people going to your rooms.When they are the cleaners to steal things, they lie, they are not cooperating with anything because they think they are always right?And they allow their cleaning crew into rooms whenever it had the do not disturb on the door

The staff was horrible. They allowed the cleaning people in rooms when they had a sign up.Do not disturb money went missing.The front desk was no help.Whatsoever, they were just flat out, horrible people.I would never suggest anybody staying at this hotel because the people who work behind the front counter were pathetic, they were just flat out pathetic

The hotel is nice, the hotel was clean, the accommodations were more than adequate, and the staff was friendly, except that no one seemed concerned or did anything about it when I reported that their back parking lot was treacherous for a 75-year-old woman. The lot was covered in snow and ice that had frozen and refrozen and the mat by the back entry was just a sheet of ice.

Didn’t do breakfast had to leave early.The parking lot was covered with ice should have been salted the snow had packed down and the ice was frozen into ruts very unsafe!!!! Room was great clean and nice . The staff was very nice and helpful . Big issue was Indoor pool in advertising pool room was 50 degrees and very cold pool didn’t say it wasn’t heated who does not heat a pool in the winter especially when you have children What a disappointment for them .The advertising about indoor pool should state not heated so people taking winter trip don’t get their money taken thinking they are taking children on a winter break and get shafted .
