The check in was slow and in addition they charge $150 dollars deposit for "incidentals and likely property damages". They claim it will be reimbursed. I guess they have lots of customers taking away pillows and blankets and towels and more! I paid 90 dlls including taxes for the room and charged $150. for security deposit!! I am not returning to this hotel. thanks.

The ladies at the front desk for what makes this place truly exceptional. There was one in particular her name was Michelle. She was just so wonderful. The breakfast was also great and the beds comfortable.

Would not stay again

I had reserved a king room, but because we had a dog we were put in a room with two double beds. I understand needing rooms specifically for pets, but it smelled awful. I killed 3 wasps, idk where they came from. The pool left a lot to be desired. The white part wasn't very white. The hot tub jets didn't work and there was a film on the top of the water and stuff floating in it. The staff was very friendly, but was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people during the holiday weekend with only one person working the desk.
