Nice staff but poor quality room

Air conditioner was super loud. But the wordt part was the room smelling very musty. It was a nice room but you could tell its been a while since some basic updating has been done. The caulking around the shower was almost completely gone.

very unclean. when i checked into my room on the 3ed floor and it stunk of cigarettes, i asked to switch rooms and the front desk worker was happy to accommodate but the room i was moved to on the second floor still smelt of cigarette with lots of air fresheners as an attempt to cover it. in addition the carpets were filthy (my white socks we not white after walking around to get ready in the morning) and the bathrooms felt so dirty that i wore candles in the shower.
